Commercial Clients

Each commercial or institutional enterprise will have a different interview process based on size of staff and type of work performed. Interviews with management, landlords, owners, employees and (sometimes) clients are performed. Most interviews begin with talking to management, to get an overall picture of the processes. This initial interview helps us formulate interviews for the employees and others. Involving employees in a participatory fashion has been proven again and again to increase morale and productivity in the workplace, as well as decrease employee absenteeism. A design is then prepared that attempts to satisfy all concerns, which is then presented to the interview groups, and feedback is recorded. The design is then revised one or more times until a final design that satisfies all is developed and agreed upon.
