Andrea Montalbano served as project architect for the East Oakland Community Project, which will be the largest homeless shelter in Alameda County (24,000 sf.) Located on International Boulevard in East Oakland, CA, the shelter will provide a total of 125 beds, with separate areas for males/females/infirm and families. The project is presently under construction and is slated to open in January of 2008.
