Jingletown Lofts

Each unit has a private outdoor space on the second floor. The third floor serves as the bedroom space and is open to the living area below. The exterior of the project is a play on contemporary forms of both residential and industrial styles. A curved roof form, visible from the interior of the building, creates the feeling of a converted warehouse and allows light to be reflected gently to all of the living spaces within.
