Villa View Courts

Andrea Montalbano was Designer and Project architect this 52 unit rental project near the Oakland historic district. It will begin construction in the spring of 2008. Unit types are a mix of one, two and three bedrooms. A common room shared by all residents is located adjacent to the lobby at the Ninth Street entrance. Above the ground floor parking level, two courtyards provide outdoor space for residents. Additional open space is located at the fourth floor housing level, on the roof. Views of San Francisco and Mount Tamalpais are visible through floor-to-ceiling bay windows, on the north and west elevations.
